Tribe Palette Picture Tutorial

It’s time for a Tribe palette picture tutorial. This one is a nice fun green eye. I love using colour when I do my makeup so I was excited about this look. If the colours I use aren’t your thing don’t be afraid to use different ones. Just follow the same steps with colours you like.

For this look, I am using the Tribe Eyeshadow Palette by Juvia’s Place. I am also using their brushes ( keep your eyes out for a review next week ). Before starting to apply my eyeshadow, I prepped my eyes. I used concealer for my primer. Also, I don’t set the concealer. I like to have a wet base before applying the eyeshadows.

Step 1

To start this Tribe Palette picture tutorial, I am first taking the J5 brush and picking up the shade Maasai. Since my base is wet I like to pack the product into my crease how I would like it placed before I start blending.

Step 2

Now to start deepening the crease for this add Tutsi. For this, I used the J6 brush and applied it to my crease and blended up into the previous shade. I also take the first brush without adding any product and that helps to blend.

Step 3

The final shade for the crease is San. Using the same J6 brush apply this into your crease and outer corner. Once again dragging this upwards to the previous shade.

Step 4

Once your crease is blended to your liking it is time to cut the crease. For this look, we are doing a half cut crease. Add concealer to the inner part of your eyelid stopping midway.

Step 5

I forgot to take a picture so this one is from the finished result but you can still see what I did. Just pack on the shade Chage over top of the concealer. For this, I used the J7 brush. Once the shimmer shade is on blend the green into the shimmer for a seamless look.

Step 6

Time for the lower lash line. Taking a pencil brush, I used the J8 brush, pick up the shade Oromo. Run this on your lower lash line from the inner to outer corner.

Step 7

Add the shade Kurla on your lower lash line. Try to keep this shimmer shade as tight as possible. You don’t want to drag this shade to low. For this, I used the J9 brush.

Step 8

For the final touches on this Tribe Palette picture tutorial, I added the shade Koro to highlight my inner corner. Add some mascara and apply your lashes. For lashes, I used Valentina by House of Lashes x Sephora Collection. After your lashes are on you are done this green smokey eye.
