Peach Perfect Setting Powder

I’m excited about this post today because I found an amazing setting powder. The setting powder is the Too Faced Peach Perfect Mattifying Loose Setting Powder.

Whenever most people think of loose setting powder they think of Laura Mercier. I have used the Laura Mercier loose setting powder and honestly, I don’t think it’s that great. At first, I thought it was great because it was the first powder I used and I didn’t know better. Then I started using new things and started realizing there are better things out there, like the Peach Perfect Setting Powder by Too Faced.

Price

The prices for a high-end loose setting powder are all pretty similar. The Peach Perfect Setting Powder costs C$42.00. As I am writing it down it seems a little high but all the high-end powders seem to be ranging for C$40.00 to C$50.00. Also if the product works I don’t mind spending the money.

If you know me you know I like a matte look over a more dewy look. So naturally, when someone recommended it to me I had to try it. The Peach Perfect Setting Powder is supposed to brighten the skin while giving a silky-smooth matte finish that can last up to 14 hours. It also says it is a transfer free formula and smells like peaches and sweet fig cream.

Peach Perfect Setting Powder

If you don’t like the smell of peach you probably will hate applying the powder. After I’m finished applying the powder howevere I don’t smell it. So if you can handle the smell for just a few minutes you will be fine.

As for if the setting powder works, for me it does. My nose is the only thing that gets shiny at the end of the day and the peach perfect setting powder definitely helps. Also if you are like me and you have dry skin but just your nose is shiny don’t worry the powder isn’t drying. Another claim is that it is transfer free and I can say that’s true. My makeup isn’t transferring on my clothes and on my phone.

Final Thoughts

Overall I definitely recommend the Peach Perfect Setting Powder if you have oily or dry skin. It does what it says and feels lightweight on the skin, just a great setting powder. If the Born This Way Setting Powder is as good as the Peach Perfect then I would definitely give that one a try as well.
