I come to you with another picture tutorial. As you can see by the title it’s this smokey halo eye that is perfect for Valentine’s Day, a night out or if you’re just home and want your makeup to look awesome.

For this look, I am once again using the Violet Voss HG Eyeshadow Palette. I just can’t seem to put it down lately. But anyway as always prep your eyes before starting to apply the eyeshadows. Apply your eye cream then you can use concealer or eyeshadow primer. I like the eyeshadow primer from Nars.
Smokey Halo Picture Tutorial
Step 1

The first shade we are going into for this smokey halo is Hashtag. Adding this shade is going to give the look some warmth. Apply this shade into the crease with a fluffy blending brush. With a pencil brush run this shade on your lower lash line as well.
Step 2

Shade number 2 is R U Kitten Me. Taking a fluffy blending brush and a pencil brush run this shade into your crease and lower lash line. Making sure you don’t completely cover up the previous shade.
Step 3

Taking a smaller blending brush add the shade Brownie Points into your crease and the outer and inner corner leaving the center of your eyelid blank.
Step 4

Now it’s time for my favourite eyeshadow Wine N Dine. Adding this shade to your crease, outer and inner corner. Also, take a pencil brush and run this under your lower lash line leaving the center blank.
Step 5

I added the shade Teddy Bear to my outer and inner corner. I ended up covering it back up with the shade Wine N Dine but I wanted to add it as a step because I feel like it helped make the shade Wine N Dine deeper.
Step 6

Time to add concealer to the center of your eyelid. This is what is going to make this smokey halo pop.
Step 7

The shade I decided to use was On Fleek. You could do any shimmer shade in the Violet Voss Palette and it would look good. You also want to add this to the center of your lower lash line to match the top.
Once you are finished with the center shade don’t be afraid to go back in with Wine N Dine to blend.
Step 8
Last but not least is lashes. I used Ardell 811 but I wish I had picked something more dramatic. Also, I had forgotten to add something to my waterline so you can do that if you wish. Then you are done with this smokey halo makeup look.
I hope you guys liked this look. Don’t forget to subscribe to see more posts in the future
