Here is look number 2 of my picture tutorial series using the Riviera Eyeshadow Palette. This look I am calling it, Smokey Cut Crease as you could tell by the title. It has a smokey lower lash line which, I was really feeling it.

Now before starting this look prep your eyes with an eyeshadow primer or concealer if you would like. I prepped my eyes with the Nars Pro-Prime Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base and with a little bit of concealer in my crease from dragging it down from cleaning up my brow bone.
If you would like, you can also add some tape to your outer corners so you can get a sharp line without having to clean it up later. When you are all done with prepping your eyes we can jump into this smokey cut crease picture tutorial.
Step 1

Start off with the shade Coastline and adding it into your crease.
Step 2

To start deepening the crease use the shade,
Step 3

Now to add one of the stars to this smokey cut crease. Take the shade Cannes and add it to your crease. Add a little bit at a time until you get
Step 4

Time to cut that crease because it wouldn’t be a smokey cut crease if we didn’t. Take your concealer and cover your entire eyelid. Make a sharp clean line up to your crease.
Step 5

Next is the second star to this look. Add the beautiful blue shade Seychelles all over your entire eyelid. Anywhere you applied the concealer you want to pack Seychelles on top. After you want to clean up your outer corner and make a sharp line if you did not use tap.
Step 6

Moving on to the lower lash line. Take the shade Coastline and run that from your inner corner all the way to your outer corner. You also want to drag this shade up to your crease shade.
Step 7

Now add the shade Monte Carlo to your lower lash line. You want to layer it over the previous shade Coastline and blend.
Step 8

Now going back in with one of the stars of this smokey cut crease. Add Cannes to your lower lash line. Apply it over the previous shade and make it as smokey as you’d like.
Step 9
Time for the final touches on this smokey cut crease picture tutorial. Put some purple eyeliner on your waterline. I used the Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in the shade Voodoo. Next, add some mascara. I used the Marc Jacobs Velvet Noir Major Volume Mascara.
After that, if you use lashes you can add them now. I used the House of Lashes X Sephora Collection style, Valentina. Once you have added your lashes, your smokey cut crease is finished.
