Valentine’s Day is right around the corner so I thought I’d get a couple picture tutorial ideas up for you. The first look is a very simple Valentine’s makeup. Perfect if you are doing something simple, don’t want to wear a lot of makeup or just laying around at home.
For this look, we are only going to be using 3 eyeshadows. That is how quick and simple it is going to be. I will be using the Violet Voss HG eyeshadow palette but if you don’t have this palette don’t worry. All you need is a matte soft brown, a matte deep brown and a light pink shimmer shade.
As always you want to prep your eyes before you start applying your eyeshadows. After you added your eye cream apply either eyelid primer or concealer. Now let’s move on to starting the simple Valentine’s makeup look.
Simple Valentines Makeup Pictorial
The first shade i used was Bestie. Apply this all over your eyelid and into the crease using a fluffy brush. After you will want to take a pencil brush and run the eyeshadow on your lower lash line.
Now to deepen the outer corner. For this, I used the shade Brownie Points. Keep this shade just on the outer corner not dragging it into the crease. Also, add it to the outer corner of your lower lash line.
It wouldn’t be a Valentine’s makeup look without some pink. The last shade for the inner corner is So Jelly. Using a packing brush add this to your inner corner and onto your eyelid until you reach the previous shade Brownie Points. Blend the shades together to create a seamless look. Also taking it on the inner part of your lower lash line.
Now that all your eyeshadow is done it is time to move onto mascara. I had used the Grande Cosmetics Mascara. Since I was keeping it simple I did not add false lashes but you definitely can if that is what you like. After that, you are done this simple Valentine’s makeup.
