When I was looking at each Beauty Bento trying to pick a colour the more I thought how great these actually are. A complete eye look with just three eye shadows. It’s also nice for people who don’t know what eye shadows to put in their crease or outer corner or maybe if you get overwhelmed by a larger palette. Also, these are meant for easy on the go looks and as a mom, of 2, I need that in my life.
The reason I even had my eyes on them is that I had seen a YouTuber talked about these. If I remember correctly it was Nicole guerriero and I trust what she says so I wanted to try them. Now the Beauty Bento stacks I got to try out are Hella Azalea and Poppy Champagne. Now let’s dive in a little to see how I liked them.
Let’s start with the price. These cost C$28.00 and when I saw the price I was like that’s expensive. It makes them almost C$10.00 per eyeshadow pan. I usually like to get them under C$5.00. It’s nice sometimes to splurge if they are worth it but I feel like this is a little bit too much of a splurge for 3 eyeshadows.
The packaging is quite simple, nothing too special. The shades are stacked on top of each other. I do really like that the packaging colour matches the shades inside your Beauty Bento. It makes it really easy just to grab what you want without having to open it.
Let’s talk pigmentation which is super important. Are the eyeshadows pigmented? The short answer is yes. Which they should be for the price. I also like that it had good pigment but didn’t stain my eyelids as some eyeshadows or pigments do.
Blending I have no problem with. They blend nicely on a wet or set base so however, you prefer, it will work for you. I also like how they don’t disappear when I’m blending the shades on top of each other.
For fallout, I don’t really have that much. I mean I feel like it’s the same as almost all of them if you’re tapping off the excess you really aren’t getting any fall out to me. Fallout isn’t a big deal to me anyway. Is it a big deal to you guys? Do you want me to always comment if there is any fallout or not? Or just kind of skip it and if there happens to be a lot of fallout in a palette that I’m trying then I can mention it. Let me know in the comments below what you guys prefer.
Overall I actually really like these shadows and I actually would purchase more different shades. I’m excited to see if they will come out with more shades. The price is a bit much but I can always buy when they have a sale. I just like that it’s super simple and easy. You can just grab it and do a quick look. You don’t even have to think about it and then you can be right out the door. If you guys have tried these please let me know what you guys think of them.
If you wanted to see any looks that I created with these shadows follow me on Instagram. I always am posting my looks on there and more beauty content.
