I’m excited to show you this Heart Valentine’s Day Makeup look. I’ve been seeing this around where you cut the crease into a heart. I thought it was super cute and wanted to try it. Also, since Valentine’s Day is tomorrow I thought I’d get a one more picture tutorial up for you.
For this look, I am using the Afrique Palette by Juvia’s Place. If you don’t have this palette just use similar colours or get creative and try new ones but following the same steps.

As always don’t forget to prep your eyes with and eyeshadow primer or concealer before you start applying the eyeshadows. Once you have done that we can start on this Heart Valentine’s Day Makeup.

Step 3

Now time to add some colour. Apply the shade Dakar all over your lid and into the crease. Use a packing brush for the lid and a blending brush to blend it into the crease.
Step 4

I wanted the look to be a little deeper so I then added the shade Bintou. Same as the previous shade you want to apply this onto the eyelid and blend into the crease.
Step 5

Time to add the heart. I thought this was going to be a little harder than it actually was. Take concealer and take your time to draw a heart on the inner part of your eyelid.
Step 6

As soon as you are done drawing your heart you want to apply the eyeshadow. The shade I chose was Aya. I really wanted the heart to pop. Pack this shade on with a packing brush or a pencil brush if that is easier.
Step 7

For the lower lash line just take a pencil brush and add the same shades as you did in your crease. Going in the same order add Kisi, Cameroon, Dakar and Bintou.
