Price
The price for the Afrik Liquid Lipstick is $12.00 which is an affordable price. If you are like me and normally shop at Sephora where a lipstick can be like $25.00 or more this is a good price. You can also purchase the liquid lipstick in the Afrique Collection for $45.00. Which is what I had bought and it comes with
Packaging
The packaging is gorgeous. It comes in a box which has a the same beautiful woman as the palette. The inside slides out and you see your beautiful Afrik Liquid Lipstick inside.
When it comes to the Afrik Liquid Lipstick applicator it’s good. Almost similar to the Stila Cosmetics liquid lipstick applicator. It has a slight curve a and a rounded tip. Not bad for getting a clean line without a lipliner. For me
Pigment
Now the Afrik Liquid Lipstick has some good pigment. When applying I had no problem with it streaking. I also didn’t need to continuously go back into the lipstick to get more product.
The lipstick lasted thru out the day. It did transfer a little and I did have to touch up the center of my mouth after eating. Also, when it first started to dry I could definitely feel it but when it was all dried down I could not. There were a couple times during the day I had forgotten I even had it on.
Afrik Liquid Lipstick Thoughts
For me I give this liquid lipstick a 9 out of 10. I would definitely recommend this lipstick. The shade was beautiful and was comfortable on the lips. Also its affordable and I feel like they still made sure the quality was there.
